the various days in MongKok

Seriously we really go MongKok alot alot of times.. we're really familiar with tt place.. but jiemin's worse.. she stayed ther with her bf for 5days n they really combed tt area.. even i go ther for like 4times to shop i'm kinda scare of tt place le..

the urge for shoppin is over for me.. after spendin a bomb at Mongkok for all my present.. i think it's time for a stop.. hahaz.. rest time.. den after 31st july.. i'll head over to this place and do my final shoppin.. but of coz, on n off, i'll buy some stuffs every now n then.. hee.. esp. after stayin in this hostel for the past few days.. i think i will wanna go out again to look around.. but... ... not today, m not fully recovered yet.. but nonetheless, i'm recoverin frm my cough n sore throat virus!! yay!!

and the 1st mgt exam's over.. been muggin for 2days.. feels as though it's like study week in NUS *shake head* esp when i'm down with cough n sore throat i really practically stayed in the hostel.. both lunch n dinner are take away kailin bought for me..

from hostel we gotta catch a shuttle bus which comes on an interval of like 20mins a bus to the university train station where we can catch the KCR to East Mong Kok KCR Station and we walked the long alley + bridge to reach Mong Kok MTR Station.. journey frm sch to ther normally takes around an hour.. which is really quite tirin sometimes.. and KCR is like forever filled with lotsa ppl.. the most amazin thing in HK is tt all the KCR have toilets and shops in the station itself.. while MTR dun have.. and ther's really alot of ATM machine here (they called it the EPS machine, easy-payment-service) hahaz.. sometimes we do slipped our tongues and asked if we can pay by nets and they'll "huhz" us.. hahaz.. quite funny..

then again, if u realised, the gap between the platform and the train is really wide.. really wide tt we can easily fall into it.. it's actu much wider than the size of my slippers.. of coz, my feet size is small but, even the guys think it's really wide.. so we gotta b really careful when we take KCR..

the food in MongKok is also okay.. but at times when we get really sick of sch canteen, MongKok food is really quite nice.. hahaz.. the street food although they dun look veri hygenic, but they taste really good and CHEAP.. hahaz..

bascially things here r like much cheaper in SG.. think by the time i go back SG arh, i wun shop at least for the 1st 3months or so.. hahaz.. the shoes here r also cheaper.. intend to get a pumps n mayb some heels frm HK.. it's kinda time to prepare for what's comin after graduation.. office wear, interviews blah blah blah.. what lies in front of me in one yr's time is kinda vague.. but i think 9/10 i'll b workin in office.. so heels is like a necessities le.. n with my freakin small feet, i'm kinda glad HK have size 34 in most of the shoes shop for heels.. still size 34 is kinda small for me.. need at least a paddin to make it really tight.. but definitely it's better den buyin any size 35 heels in SG tt never fits *faint* n i really mean they never fit..! will b goin down to other place to check out the prices for customed-made heels.. if they're cheap enough, hahaz.. i'll juz customed-made a few pairs back.. hee.. even paddin here sells at a cheaper rate.. shall go buy some back the next time i go back mongkok.. hahaz.

so juz tt one fine day, while walkin thru around argyle centre, came across this shoe shop.. woah.. they havin sales eh!! hee.. went inside to try my luck with kailin.. den saw this really pretty black heels which is around the same height as those i wear in SG, and decided to try my luck.. din even ask for the price but instead, i asked for the smallest size.. n she say they have 34.. i was like, woah! amazin.. hahaz.. den she came back with a new pair and asked me to try eh.. she says not much ppl can fit into the size eh.. hahaz, n i tried.. it kinda fits when i wore it.. but the moment i walk 2steps, it came off le *faint* *sianz* den i asked for some paddin.. amazingly, when i put the paddin in, it kinda work wonders.. the heels became tight.. seriously, i was really happy.. finally i can find some heels which is like to my size lahz.. den i asked for the price.. hmmm.. it was like HKD 280.. which is SGD 50.. haiz.. i thought it was okay since i can like finally found a heels to my size.. but kailin says i shld look around more.. coz sure can find cheaper de.. though i really wanted to buy coz really cant find any heels in SG tt can give me tt tight feelin but took kailin's advice and decided to look around.. she says if i wan i can always come back again.. coz we still have like 3+ weeks more here =)

tt veri same day we went to fa yuen street in mongkok too, tt place sells really lotsa shoes clothes food, cheaper version den in women's street, which is out to con foreigners.. hahaz.. n we really c them con the foreigners who still think they already make a veri good deal *oops* i kinda pity them.. though it's like cheap as compared to home country, but definitely they can find a similar one at other place in HK like fa yuen street or even shen zhen..

as i walked along, found this really small shop full of shoes.. it's really cramped but the variety of shoes they have is amazin.. as i squeezed my way thru, came across this classic black heels.. about the same as the one i saw in the noon, but juz really classic one.. decided to try my luck once again.. and asked the not-so-friendly salesgirl for the smallest size.. she juz take the shoes and ask me to try.. *faint.. i told her i cant fit and asked again for the smallest size.. she give me a "so irritatin" face and den shout to the boss and asked for the smallest size.. *faint*

den she came back and say they have size 34.. my eyes lit up.. hahaz.. and asked her if she can get it for me.. she say okay and turned to like climbed up this ladder to get the shoes.. she din even smile to me eh =( cant even c where the gal headed to.. but she merely disappear after the end of the ladder.. hahaz.. den came down with a pair of shoes.. i think it's kinda dusty.. but i still decided to try it.. OMG.. hahaz.. OMG is the word.. it's the exact feelin frm morn.. and once again, i asked for a paddin.. and and and....... hee.. it works juz like the shoes in the morn.. OMG.. so i decided here should b cheaper and ask for the price.. stunned by what came out frm her mouth.. she said HKD 50!! OMG.. morn was SGD 50 now HKD 50.. i was overwhelmed.. hahaz.. freakin cheap.. it's like only SGD 9 bucks *faint.. without consideration i say okay, i'll get tt.. hahaz.. even if i can only wear for awhile back in SG, it's still freakin CHEAP..!! =)

n this is really like how mongkok works.. as u walked further down the wu-lu streets, things juz get cheaper n cheaper :P
