today's a hols in HK eh.. in "celebration" of HK returnin to China by the british i think..

what's most amazin is tt today's also the protest day.. when ppl will gather at causeway bay to express their grief and resistance.. den they'll riot their way to the parliment at central.. woah!everyone's in HK will go ther watch so we shant miz it as well.. especially since we'll never b able to c a large scale protest b4.. hahaz.. excited~~

so we head out early in the morn in a big group once again.. hahaz.. climbin up the usual staircase is really taxin on all of us..

i think rite, by the time i'm back in NUS, i'll have no prob climbin all the staircase ther.. but it's juz tt my kneecap abit too hardworkin.. hopefully climbin all these stairs and slopes and walkin will make my kneecap stronger by the time i return and not make it worse.. bless my dear kneecap .. .. ..

so of coz in HK, we shld never miz the dim sum.. hahaz.. as we head off to causeway bay, we have to changed train at Kowloon Staion (KCR) to Mong Kok station (MTR)..

so we decided to find some restaurant that can accomondate the whole gang of us for our brunch.. n in the end, we choose this really expensive lookin restaurant

, coz of the HK ppl says the food ther is good.. since we've been eatin alot of junk food and cup noodles especially, we decided mayb it's time for some good food.. hahaz.. so we head it occupyin 2table all together.. so i guess ther's around 30 of us..

Below are some of the food our HK frenz ordered for us.. it's really not bad eh.. and since most of us like dim sum in SG, the food is really to our taste.. and we juz eat n eat n eat.. hahaz.. met new frenz again today..

Den it's time to head off to causeway bay and get myself amazed by all the different ppl there..

it's really crowded with hell lotsa ppl.. OMG.. never seen tt in SG b4.. everyone's like usin a mike, givin flags and paper out.. this is cool eh.. hahaz.. very amazed by all the ppl ther, who make it a point to do all these and protest openly.. amazingly ther'e different theme for the protest.. so basically u can protest bout practically everythin n anythin under the sun..

been wantin to find the protest bout the killing of chix everyday in HK if they're not sold.. but cant find.. ther're things bout govt. pension scheme, sch education, sex workers, even bout christianity and etc. etc.

out of which the most stunnin is this guy who stood on a ladder and startin eatin his banner paper.. OMG.. he's really puttin paper into his mouth.. frm his banner i think it's talkin bout havin better education in HK.. everyone of us basically juz stared at him eat.. OMG..

of coz, we joined in the protest.. holdin flags n walkin with them under the hot hot sun.. OMG! it's really an eye-openin event in HK eh..

causeway bay is also another place if u wanna find designer's brand.. it's the startin of the sale period also, so really is ALOT ALOT of ppl.. so we went to shop awhile.. but was really tired out, so decided after dinner to go supermarket for some grocery shoppin den head back.. tired out..

waitin for shuttle bus in CUHK is terrible.. esp when everyone goes back at around the same time.. normally we're never able to catch the last shuttle bus to hostel unless we reached KCR by 10pm like tt.. *shake head..

but for once today the wait was okay.. coz we went to buy haagen dazs ice-cream and eat it while waitin.. hahaz.. enjoyment after a long day.. hee.. i was eatin da cookies and cream ice-cream.. it's really for once, i got cravin for ice-cream.. oh my.. hahaz..
